A new way to pay for Urbira

You can now pay for your Urbira subscription with USDC through Stripe. USDC is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar. This adds a wallet payment option when purchasing your subscription.

The account responsible for the community manages the subscription and its payment. Invited homeowners and residents use that account’s coverage; they do not need to buy separate subscriptions or connect wallets to participate. See the subscriptions guide for who pays and what is covered.

How to pay with USDC

  1. Sign in to the Urbira account responsible for the subscription and choose your plan and billing cycle.
  2. Continue to Stripe checkout and select USD (US dollars) as the payment currency.
  3. In the list of payment methods, look for and select Crypto, alongside options such as credit cards and ACH when available.
  4. Follow Stripe’s instructions to connect your wallet, choose USDC, and select an available payment network.
  5. Review the amount, selected network, and any wallet fees or permissions before authorizing the payment.
  6. Complete the payment and return to Urbira. Check your subscription’s status before relying on the paid plan’s capacity.

Use the payment networks and wallet options shown in your checkout. Your USDC must be available on the network you select. Follow the hosted checkout instructions rather than sending funds to a wallet address shared outside that flow.

If the Crypto option does not appear, first confirm that USD is selected as the payment currency, then check the payment method list again. If it is still unavailable, review the other payment options offered by Stripe or contact Urbira support for help. The methods displayed can vary with checkout eligibility and configuration.

What happens to the price and billing cycle?

USDC is a payment method for your subscription. Review the pricing page for plan prices, unit limits, included credits, and monthly or annual billing. Confirm the final amount and billing terms in Stripe before approving your purchase.

For renewals, review the authorization and payment terms shown during checkout and the payment details in billing management. Keep sufficient funds available in the wallet used for payments, and check your subscription status if a payment fails. Do not assume that completing one payment confirms every future renewal.

Changing your plan or billing cycle can generate a prorated invoice. Confirm that any required payment is complete and that the new plan is active in Urbira.

Does this cover community dues or homeowner invoices?

USDC support described here pays for the Urbira software subscription. Community dues, special assessments, and invoices issued to homeowners are separate obligations. A subscription payment does not pay those balances or change who is responsible for them.

Where can I learn more?

Stripe handles the wallet checkout flow. Its stablecoin payment documentation explains the payment process and supported options. You can also read Stripe’s getting started guidance.
