Prohibited content and conduct

Urbira Mobile prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation or coercion of a child, sextortion, trafficking for sexual exploitation, and any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited. Users must not create, upload, store, share, request, or promote CSAM in community posts, comments, attachments, messages, documents, or any other user content on Urbira Mobile. This includes visual depictions of child sexual abuse, including computer-generated imagery.

Report a concern in Urbira Mobile

To report a community post, comment, or attachment, open its action menu in Urbira Mobile and choose Report. Select the reason that best fits, such as Sexual content, add relevant details if useful, then review and confirm the report. The in-app report goes to Urbira for moderation review.

If the concern cannot be reported from that item, contact the child-safety address below. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to a report or email; identify the content or account so Urbira can locate it.

How we address reports

Urbira records in-app reports and notifies its moderation team. Authorized administrators can review the reported content and available evidence, document a decision, and hide or remove content or restrict an account when appropriate.

When Urbira becomes aware of CSAM on the service, we act to remove access to it and address the account involved. Urbira Technologies LLC complies with applicable child-safety laws. We do not promise a specific review time.

Child-safety contact

Reach Urbira Technologies LLC’s designated child-safety contact at support@urbira.com. Put “Child Safety” in the subject line and include enough information to identify the content or account. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

This page presents the current policy. Save or print a copy if you need it for your records.
