What the Urbira app is designed to organize
Urbira gives each community a dedicated workspace for the operational work that belongs together: finances, maintenance, people, documents, communication, calendars, and decisions. The available navigation and actions depend on your role and permissions.
Begin in the right community
After signing in, choose the community you want to work in. The community workspace keeps its units, residents, financial records, work orders, documents, and activity separate from the records of other communities you can access.
Use the dashboard to understand current work
The dashboard brings important community information into one starting point. Review the areas relevant to your responsibilities, then move into the underlying record when you need to update details or continue a workflow.
Follow financial and maintenance records
Use the finance areas to work with invoices, bills, payments, accounts, and reports. Use work orders to document maintenance requests, assignments, status, service providers, supporting files, and related costs. Confirm the configuration and permissions your community requires before recording live activity.
Keep people, communication, and documents connected
Resident, guest, employee, board, calendar, poll, wall, and document tools help keep recurring community work near the people and records it concerns. Access remains based on the roles and permissions configured for the community.
Try one complete workflow first
During the 30-day trial, create or choose a test community and complete one representative workflow from beginning to end. For example, add a maintenance request, follow its status, attach a supporting document, and review the resulting record. This is the clearest way to confirm how Urbira fits the way your community works.
